We had a great experience dealing with the young salesperson at National Mattress. He welcomed us into the store and gave us an overview of where everything was located. He helped us narrow down our decision by explaining the advantages and disadvantages to each of the product types, brands, sizing and quality. He was very knowledgeable about all the products we discussed. He then left us alone to test a number of different mattresses to see which best accommodated our particular preferences. He was courteous and professional and made our experience in the store very pleasant.
