Great customer service employee was very helpful. The only downfall is I purchased a boxspring, which is too big for my son’s bed, and I wasn’t able to return It because I had to open the plastic. Even though I rewrapped it it’s part of the company policy and I was willing to return it the following day and I bought it in the evening also so it was never used so I’m stuck with a boxspring, I can’t use and can’t return or exchange for a smaller height.
