John was absolutely amazing. I was comfortable enough to share with him about the kind of bed I liked to sleep in and my meagre budget since I am currently on Ontario Works. He helped me find an affordable on display mattress on display which was perfect for my needs. He went on to let me know about the 30 percent discount I would get if I purchased the box as well. I ended up getting it. I wish it came with blankets though otherwise thank you for everything. From purchasing to delivery everything went seamlessly
