The website is easy to browse and prices are fair. Unfortunately when my mattress and boxspring were delivered, two corners of the boxspring were scuffed and the seams on the side of the mattress were already falling apart. If anyone saw a boxspring with scuffs like that in a store, no one would pay the full price for it. I paid for new items but didn't end up receiving them.
