First time buyer. Alex the manager was knowledgable and was happy to sell me what I needed not what was the most expensive. He clearly outlined the return policy. Delivery was on time and tracking was accurate. Based on the mattress specs I am pleased with the value. Haven't opened the mattress yet so too soon to speak to quality and reilability but overall experience so far has been very positive.
