Super smooth process of ordering after doing the quiz to figure out what I wanted out of a mattress and I could read previous reviews of the mattress itself.
Customer service was very responsive as well when I did have questions. I liked the little chat bot that I could ask questions such as does my mattress need a box spring as well.
The mattress itself is fantastic, I've slept so well since getting it!
