Overall, the experience with National Mattress has been great. Mattresses are of good quality, delivery is quick, the delivery tracker is super helpful and the delivery person always gives a call 20 mins before they arrive. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it can be a hit or miss with delivery instructions. I always ask for my mattress rolled up so that it's easy to carry, however, they don't always follow this. Sometime I receive it rolled up, other times it's not. But overall, ordering from them is always a great experience!
