I've yet to receive my mattress so I can't write a quality review, but the site was easy to use, though during purchase the estinates delivery date was same day (wrong), and it wouldn't accept my first payment method and had to use a different card (confirmed there were enough funds several times, still told me insufficient funds).
Customer service was easy to get ahold of, low wait time, efficient and informative.
All I am I'm happy with the quality of service, but the purchasing and delivery estimation could use some work.
