Our experience was very good while buying an XF mattress and the box. Ben at Mississauga location was very courteous and really helped us make a good decision about the type of mattress I was looking for. This is an ideal place if you are very particular about the type of mattress you want to buy and want to see and try them out on display first. Not many big box stores have this kind of collection.
The delivery was very smooth as well, but when it got delayed by a day, Ben promptly called me and provided me an update.
I highly recommend this place.
