Instead of going to the "big names", we decided to give National Mattress a visit earlier this week. Tucked away on a quiet side-street (Kitimat Rd. - Mississauga), the outlet was easy to find even without a GPS. We were met by a young man who introduced himself (Ben), made couple of pleasant, welcoming comments and asked what type of mattress we were looking for. We explained our basic requirements - he listened carefully and then took us to the section where there were a wide-selection of Queen mattresses. He asked us to walk around, sit or lie down on the mattreses to determine which met our needs and that he would come back in 10 minutes or so. He also explained how the info-card on top of each mattress was to be interpreted and that we can call him if any additional information was needed. We walked around the area for a good 15 minutes and then narrowed down our choice to 3 mattresses - Ben then went over the features & benefits of each of them, answered our questions patiently and helped our decision making process. We finalized the deal soon after and he offered to carry the mattress to our car (as we opted out of the free-delivery option). We also purchased 2 pillows at check-out time. The billing process was smooth and quick and Ben delivered helped load the mattress into our vehicle. Excellent service, competitive price and we are pleased with our decision to visit National Mattress. We are looking forward to a wonderful sleep tonight !!
