National Mattress is a great store to shop in. There were plenty of mattresses out on display, and when I wanted to see a different one, the salesperson got it out for me to try. The salesperson asked about my price range, and didn't show me anything that was outside of the range I specified. There was no pressure to buy anything. The salesperson wanted me to wait and try out several different mattresses before I bought one. I'm glad he did, because the mattress I came in to buy actually wasn't the most comfortable one for me. I ended up buying a different mattress, at a cheaper price, at the salesman's recommendation. Delivery was quick and easy. Communication was excellent; I was given a website where I could track my delivery in real time, which was very helpful. The delivery driver also called me 10 minutes prior to arrival, so I could make sure that everything was ready. The two delivery people who came knew exactly what they were doing, and they smoothly moved my mattress straight into my bedroom for me. If I ever need a mattress again, I'm definitely shopping at National Mattress.
