Making a purchase at National Mattress was a pleasant experience. As soon as I entered the store, I was approached by a nice gentelman who told me how to navigate the store. On my way to the back of the store another gentelman appeared, asked what I specifically needed, and directed me to the selection of mattresses to try. When I made a decision, the act of paying and arranging the delivery was prompt and courteous. Tomorrow my matteress is supposed to be delivered. I hope it will be as painless as buying it. I've been sleeping on the mattress (Serta) for a few nights now. It's terrific! I chose a medium and it's just what my body needs. I wake up rested with zero aches and pains.
