Suraj at the Mississauga store was as knowledgeable and friendly as it gets. I was so impressed with how he knew all the stats from the materials to the exact number of pocket coils and the thickness of those coils on all the mattresses we were interested in. He didn't try to upsell us to unnecessarily expensive models. I'm very happy with this purchase and look forward to getting them delivered this weekend and sleeping on our newly purchased mattresses for years to come.
