The mattress is great, but the delivery was very inconvenient. I was travelling to my daughters rental house in Guelph from Barrie to receive the mattress. I initially received a delivery time slot of 1:45-3:45, but the time kept changing. I called the customer line after the 4th change and the service rep said they were on time now and it would arrive at 4:30. The mattress was not delivered until 5:12pm. Needless to say the entire day was wasted waiting. The drivers were apologetic when they arrived.
