One of the best experiences I've had as a customer. From the moment I arrived in-store, Suraj showed me many different options, asking for specific feedback and educating me about the features, so he could guide me to the next potential mattress. Once he was done showing me my options, he let me take my time trying the beds. Not once did I feel pressured to buy or about the time I was taking to decide. And I've got a mattress I'm looking forward to sleeping on for a very long time!
