From start to finish, my mattress delivery was nothing short of exceptional. The communication was clear and timely including a precise delivery window that the team stuck to it perfectly. The delivery crew Bikram and Gurnoor arrived right on time, were incredibly professional, and handled everything with care. They navigated tight hallways with ease and set up the mattress exactly where I wanted it. The mattress I ordered was a firm one and was very tough to be navigated through the space available but they did their best and I would say were above and beyond in making everything smooth and successful for us.They were courteous, efficient, and respectful of my home.
