Good selection of mattresses (often discontinued models etc. but still excellent quality) for as little as 1/3 the price. Fast delivery. Good exchange program if you want to use it. Might be worth it to pay for the "white glove" service at delivery - they will put the new mattress on the bed and take the old one down to the curb. We struggled with both. When we went to the North York location to try a few other brands/models to see if we wanted to do an exchange for a softer model, the sales person was not very friendly, in fact, he was almost hostile when we asked him some questions.
