The mattress itself is excellent, and the delivery was smooth—two days after purchase, we were able to successfully update the delivery address via email. However, I would’ve given 5 stars if it weren’t for the customer service issue: my daughter’s call got disconnected while she was retrieving the purchase code, and we needed to change the delivery details. After that, I tried calling back and ended up waiting over 15 minutes without a response. Thankfully, the issue was later resolved, but that part of the experience was frustrating. Everything else went well!
