My [first] experience with National Mattress was a good one. They were helpful and patient while I tried out different mattresses. They thoroughly explained the delivery and return options. I picked up my bedframe in the store, and that went smoothly. My mattress and box spring support were delivered today by a couple of professional and nice guys. It was a good overall experience.
n.b. the delivery was 7 days from my purchase, but that's because I requested that date.
