I have been working with National Diamond Outlet since August 2018 to purchase a custom engagement ring and matching wedding band. It took weeks to get the rendering of the rings. Every delivery estimate was wrong; it took much longer. Rings weren't right and had to be returned several times. At this point, I am still trying to get my wedding band fixed. I have been dealing with issues with National Diamond Outlet for MONTHS and am still dissatisfied and frustrated. I have been lied to, put off and generally treated badly for months
