I ordered earrings in February - despite the state re opening on the back of COVID, and many emails from their customer service saying it was shipping soon, still no earrings and it’s the end of June. They claim the earrings shipped earlier this week but still have not received these and am waiting to talk to a customer service agent as I type this review. I am questioning the legitimacy of this business beyond just the poor customer service with lack of follow up. If this does not get resolved today I not only will want a refund but will be putting this negative review on BBB website and social media.
