Outstanding customer service. Applied for a Form 1 thru an existing Trust. Did the ATF eform. Staff and I communicated by phone at least six times. Most was due to the ATF website crashing several times. They reviewing the documents before completing the Form 1 which really helped in making what many consider a complicated process actually pretty simple. Cool part which is well worth the small fee is they had several alterative ideas to try in order to keep moving forward with the process. And no one became frustrated on either end. Don't think twice about using this company. You'll be glad you did.
