“Just purchased my first machine gun. I wanted to make sure my wife was legally able to posses it without me present with her, also if and when I pass away she would legally own it afterwards with no issues. I bought my trust on here, the customer service is better here than any where else I’ve experienced mean it. Very responsive and very patient with me. I also got my eft finger print services on here and it was smooth as well! I’ll always use them for everything I can!”

Yes, your wife can be in possession of the NFA firearm without your supervision, assuming that the tax stamp is approved in the name of the gun trust and your wife is a co-trustee. Yes, she can take possession of the firearm when you pass away and use the ATF Form 5 to transfer the firearm to her.

“Excellent service you all are providing. My notary couldn't believe the price! All in all, incredible value provided. It was my first trust and, though a little intimidating at first, there was so much detailed information presented on the site, as well as a follow up by email once submitted to make sure I had and understood everything I needed, that it honestly felt very easy. “Great Service, this is the fastest and best way to set up your gun trust, especially if you use their online notoriety partner. “Phone calls were either answered or calls were returned. Full explainations of the process was given, as well as every question I had, and some I didn't know I needed to ask, were answered. All while I never felt like I was being another annoying potential customer or being given a "just enough" standard speach. My level of "on the fence" was put to rest and eveything I was told that would take place, precisely took place, at a propt, not rush pace. Glad I found National Fun Trust!”
