I purchassed an EFT fingerprint service on Thursday, June 13th. I had my service appointment with UPS on Friday, the next day. It is now end of day, Wednesday the 18th, and I haven't heard a word nor do I have the EFT files. NGT said 24-48 hours. It is now been 120 hours and nothing. I purchassed from NGT not Print Scan. I called you and youy handed me off to Print Scan like it was their responsibility. I paid you, not Print scan or Live scan. Where is your follow up or do you just collect the money and wash your hand of the purchase? Not happy with your service. Not happy with your response to my call. I will not recommend your service because of your poor service that I have received so far and I still don't have the EFT files promised. I paid you. You solve the issue. Don't blame it on someone else.

Person who called to schedule was very prompt and nice. However thats where the smoothness of the service ended once i was put into the hands of their vendor.

I put it through but after it was paid for I had a couple changes to wording I wanted to make. I found it incredibly difficult to adjust the wording without making an addendum. I hadn't had anything signed or official yet but needed to make changes. The only way I could figure it out was to pay another fee. I would have liked to have some support to make the changes before I took it to have it notarized.

I would have really helped if you'd made it clear that I needed to call you, the description implied I had to wait for a call from you. Once I called the customer service guy was great.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you had to call us first before we could get to call you to schedule your appointment. Normally, you would have received a call from us first. We had an influx of orders over our Thanksgiving sale and we were calling and scheduling as fast as we could. But we are glad to hear that customer service was able to help you and was great to work with.

The sale was completed smoothly. Delivery of the product has been a nightmare. The lady called me and said there was an open slot on Saturday at 0930 Central, which I booked. Then the UPS store responded to the email and advised they did not do Livescan prints on Saturday. I called the UPS store and was advised to come in anytime. I went today and the print scanning terminal had an error and told me to call customer service. I did and the operator reset the machine. Then my DOB could not be entered and the UPS store personnel had to call and get instructions to reset the machine. Once that was done I tried to scan my prints again and the terminal showed another error and said to call customer service...again. The UPS personnel told me to go home and call customer service. Been a total waste of time.

Customer service reached out to me in a timely manner and was very courteous. After being fingerprinted I received my email with able to directions to access the scan within minutes. I was unable to access anything further, the CSR at National gun trust put in my first name wrong and my telephone number wrong. I actually had to contact the company that runs the scans and reverify myself, sending them documentation to prove who I was and to repair my scan results which were with an incorrect name an incorrect information. In the end and 2 hour conversation on the phone sending documents I was able to get my scans. By far not an ideal experience but nonetheless the end result is the same.

Received the first copy however they did a review and had to resend it due to character errors. Went in today to get the ATF form done and discovered another spelling error that was not caught during editing. Christian spelled incorrectly in spots and correct in others. I will be contacting you on providing another corrected copy?

Ordered on a Saturday, the order didn't get shipped until Tuesday and I paid extra for quick shipment as of this review posting I still have yet to receive my purchased items... These items should have mailed out Monday following, and with the extra I paid for fast shipment I should have received the package on Wednesday!...

I placed an order for the cards to have the ATF NFA ORI already printed on them, and was sent blank cards instead. I could have purchased blank cards cheaper elsewhere.

Would be nice if you replied to the chat line.. also fingerprint cards showed up rolled into a U shape wish they were sent in a hard box so they didnt get mishandled

Some things were made easy, like paying. Other things were more confusing, like how to add the firearms to the trust, and add more. Do i add the firearm before or after i get the tax stamp?

You desperately need to offer a FedEx or UPS Option for returning the completed Trust. It took forever to get through USPS and I have now lost 2 weeks of time because my gun shop is closed until January 5.
