The sale was completed smoothly. Delivery of the product has been a nightmare. The lady called me and said there was an open slot on Saturday at 0930 Central, which I booked. Then the UPS store responded to the email and advised they did not do Livescan prints on Saturday.
I called the UPS store and was advised to come in anytime. I went today and the print scanning terminal had an error and told me to call customer service. I did and the operator reset the machine. Then my DOB could not be entered and the UPS store personnel had to call and get instructions to reset the machine.
Once that was done I tried to scan my prints again and the terminal showed another error and said to call customer service...again. The UPS personnel told me to go home and call customer service. Been a total waste of time.
