Purchased an electronic fingerprint service that apparently is a 3rd party called printscan. Was setup with an appointment. Appointments were not taken but I was expected to stand in line behind everybody that was at the UPS Store location for non-fingerprint service. Wasn't able to complete the apointment. Do not recommend it.

I was lied to and attempted to be gaslit by customer service before being put on hold until hung up on. I was refused a refund because "service had been provided. ". I've called multiple times to no answer including being left on hold for 30 minutes. Emailed to no satisfaction.

Sent me to a UPS that required a QR code and NGT never supplied me with a QR code. Waste of money!!

Horrible customer support!!! When I purchased the NFA Gun Trust documents I was informed that I could contact them for any questions and/or assistance. When I called today, I talked with a male who had an attitude, not helpful at all.

Be careful of this service. I purchased the electronic EFT service. After driving an over an hour to a participating UPS Store, then 30 minutes to get my fingerprints to scan, I received an email stating this will only work with a computer, not a mobile device. I called the customer service number to ask if an IPad would work and was told “ who knows, what do you mean you don’t have a computer”. What a joke and a waste of $55.

Purchased a gun trust, based off multiple online reviews (this is my second trust). Same day of purchase, I received an email from, "Ryan," from NGT, checking in if I had any questions.....(this was on 10/08/2022). I responded within 24 hours, to the email from, "Ryan" and never heard back. I didn't ask 15 questions, only a couple, yet have not received a response from him (or NGT) to this date. I previously saw high reviews of this company, but am not yet convinced of this, as I cannot receive a response to an email that was sent to me.....I didn't reach out to them. Hopefully Ryan is doing ok.

I ordered a set of fingerprint cards and ink pad that was never delivered and had to re-order and pay twice. It was shipped USPS and was apparently lost during transit and I was not offered a new set.

My items never came in the mail. When I reached out to National Gun Trusts via email about a refund, no one contacted me back. Would not do business again.

Not satisfied. I did not put the names in ALL CAPS but your service changed them without my permission. Also you took the information and changed it incorrectly. I will not recommend your service or be repeat customer.

I paid for 2 day shipping on Sunday, now Friday and still don't have the package with time sensitive materials.

We apologize that USPS didn't meet their end of the shipping process. We have refunded your Priority Mail shipping for you. We don’t see an estimated delivery date for your order for some reason. We can resend your order out today too if that would help.
