Recently used NGT to assist in arranging for electronic digital fingerprint collection for registering a few braced pistols with the ATF. They were very easy to work with and were able to arrange collection locally the next day. I received a copy of my .eft file within 30 minutes of the collection via a secure process. Was successful in using and transmitting to the ATF saving the inconvenience of repeated duplicate FD-258 fingerprint cards. Easy to work with. Highly recommend them. Their videos on filing were spot on.
