To several attempts and a combined 60-90 minutes on hold before I finally managed to schedule my appointment. There were a couple disconnects during that process so I tried connecting to the line NOT for scheduling appointments and that worked. After I finally got a hold of somebody, the appointment was quickly scheduled and everything went smoothly from there.
