I used NGT for their electronic fingerprint service and highly recommend. Time was of the essence and not only were they prompt in following up after the purchase to schedule the appointment, I had issues following the creation of my .EFT file. The 3rd party they used was able to edit the file to meet ATF file upload requirements after I had gotten an error. I had my amended file before close of business the same day.
