First of all, my adviser Ryan was super helpful, and really knows his shit! He explained everything, and had a super quick response time to all my questions. I would have never guessed the proper way to fill out the Form 5030.23 exactly the way the ATF wants things without his help. The only reson I didn't give 5 stars is I paid $70 for a consult for my Form 1 and form 5030.23, and I was filing my form 1 electronically, so I never got the Form 1 consult. I found out though a friend that I could have filed eveything through Silencer Shop for $50 and never had to deal with anything other than send them my picture, an eft file, and a picture of the lower. So, why did I pay $70 to have someone help me fill out my form 5030.23? Because the existence of the ATF doesn't make any sense, and neither do their forms.
