I purchased it online, and the system sent me a questionairre to fill out for my trust. it was straight forward. I had a couple questions and emailed them, they were quick to respond and helpful. I sat on it for a few days because other things were going on and they reached out to me reminding me to fill it out, told me to contact them if I have questions, etc. GREAT customers service. I highly recommend them!
