I saw many recommendations online to use National Gun Trusts when setting up an NFA trust and was fortunate that they happen to be running a sale when I was considering setting one up. I utlized the trust paperwork a week later when purchasing my first silencer expecting the longer delay the ATF has listed on their website for eforms submitted as trusts, which was 150 days at the time. This trust must be written perfectly pass the ATFs scrutiny because my stamp was approved in 36 days. I feel pretty confident that National Gun Trusts is the way to go if you want to set up a NFA trust.
