(Very specifically, if your gun trust has 2 responsible parties who live in two different cities, I think the BATFE expects you both to send a copy of your form 1 to both chief law enforcement officers. That was the only thing we were confused over.) By filing the Form 1 electronically we were approved to build a silencer and received our tax stamp in 20 days.
