Nationwide has really gone downhill recently. Their messaging system is now extremely bad and you can not just make a simple message, you have to go through their Arti computerised system, which MIGHT direct you to someone, but then, the system closes the chat down after about one minute, after which you have to go through the whole logging-on system once more, to find that the person who you were chatting with, has closed the chat down! This happened NINE TIMES to me today, and still nothing has been resolved for me.
