The worst Building Society- A waste of time
They closed my account without notice and kept my money stuck in the savings accounts for 2 weeks. Now I couldn't touch that money and couldn't feed myself nor travel for this amount of time.
When I went to branch, Kenny from East Ham Nationwide was talking to other customers while dealing with my enquiry. They refused taking the money out for me 3 times in a row.
If I could give them minus 100 I would.
