1 star is too much for this bank. They attempted you with 5% interests to get the money from your savings then they
- use very junior people to manage your account who does not have any common senses
- the complaint team is even worse, full of junior people with robotic answers.
- zero digitalisation, you can’t even access your money once you opened your account
Go else where as there are plenty of banks who have a basic customer service.
