Natural Baby Shower take no responsibility for faulty items over 30 days old - don’t make the same mistake I made and purchase high ticket items in advance of your babies arrival ! My £350 car seat (Nuna Arra) didn’t work when returning from hospital and because it was over 30 days old, they said it wasn’t their policy to refund. They liased with the manufacturer, Nuna who have since told me every excuse under the sun why it doesn’t work. From not pressing the latch correctly to not installed in the car correctly.
