The product was promptly packed, soon after the order was placed.
The package was appropriately wrapped in ice packs and protective insulation. excellent.
Unfortunately Australia Post left it sitting in a distribution centre for 36 hours and when delivered to me, was at room temperature although clearly marked 'refrigerate on receipt'.
I would not use this delivery method again.
