“Happy with my product from Natural chemist but not at all happy with the delivery system. My order was supposed to come via Standard -parcel (Aust Post) but somehow ended up with Couriers Please. They are hopeless to deal with and I won’t be ordering from Natural Chemist again unless I’m guaranteed Aust Post will be delivering.”

“I have not received supplements as they were delivered after I had gone away for Easter and Australia post did not take note of my instructions to leave the parcel in a safe place.I had a friend coming to pick up and put in fridge however the parcel is in a post office till next week when I return home . Will the supplements still be ok as they should be refrigerated!? Very annoying as all of this is so expensive.”

We want to assure you that both probiotics you ordered are designed to maintain their efficacy under various conditions. One of them is shelf-stable and does not require refrigeration. The other probiotic's bacteria are resilient enough to remain effective even when exposed to higher temperatures for up to 7 days. While refrigeration is recommended for the GI Regulate probiotic once opened, the shipping delay should not significantly impact its effectiveness. Kind regards, Annie (Naturopath)

“Can't get hold of anyone. Called the 1-300 3 times in 90 minutes. No one answers. Recorded message says 'you are number one in queue' then after 10 mins claims they have such a high call volume they will need to take a message and return the call. 3 messages, no call. Very dissapointing.”
