“The carrier erred by returning the goods to the Post Office. This cost me another $20 in Uber fees to pick it up‼️ I’m not happy about that. They could have telephoned me prior to THAT action, I’m afraid.”

“Picture of product did not match description , instead of expected 90 tablets per box only received 45 of Harmony Day and Night. Paid way above market price due to misleading representation of the product. Expect reimbursement for 180 tablets that were not honoured on delivery. Extremely disappointed with outcome. Cheryl.”

We sincerely apologise for the confusion caused by the outdated product image following the brand’s recent rebrand. While the product title correctly stated the 45-tablet pack, we acknowledge the image showing the previous 90-tablet packaging was misleading and accept full responsibility. The listing has now been updated to reflect the current packaging. As the 90-tablet pack has been discontinued by the supplier, we’ve offered a full refund for the unopened items along with reply-paid return to ensure you are not out of pocket for the postage fee. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so we could address and correct the issue promptly.

“I have been using Wildcraft's Hypericum Ointment which I have found to be very good at helping wounds to heal quickly and reducing scarring , it is a quality product which I will always have on hand.”
