“Very prompt service and good quality product. It works out a fraction cheaper and a LOT easier than buying everything separately, so I'm very satisfied. Only small thing was that the label was too small to contain the printed ingredients and dosages so I would have appreciated a packing slip or something with the information on it.”

“I'm not sure why I've been asked to write a review of Natural Chemist so soon after I received my remedies in the mail. It is far too soon to tell if the remedies are working. I expect this healing journey I have just begun to take some time, as I am keen to HEAL myself rather than just cover up my symptoms, without addressing the root cause. So 5 days is hardly enough time to know if my goal is within reach ... What I CAN say is the remedies arrived nicely packaged fairly quickly after I ordered them, upon reccommendation by my naturopth.”

I have checked your order, and I can see that standard shipping was selected rather than express shipping. Our standard shipping timeframe is approximately 2–3 business days, and as your order was placed over the weekend, this timeframe begins from the next business day. I appreciate that it felt like a long wait overall, especially when weekends are included in the total time. “The carrier erred by returning the goods to the Post Office. This cost me another $20 in Uber fees to pick it up‼️ I’m not happy about that. They could have telephoned me prior to THAT action, I’m afraid.”
