“Thank you, I paid for the express delivery and it was geat express. Packed well. Directions on the tag were small and some informtion left was difficult to understand. No blue scoop included in powder - but I believe this is on it's way - appreciate this greatly. Overall great.”

“I love this product. However, I strongly suggest that when a product is not available for whatever reason, that it's marked as "sold out" or "not available". I requested two different versions of this product as a 1K purchase; both were listed on the site as being available and I was informed later that neither was available.”

“I have been very happy to date in advice received & uploading of any scripts from the staff at Natural Chemist. Packaging of products, especially if needed to be kept cold, has been excellent. Although the choice was optional, I should have selected express post for an item requiring to be kept cold, which I forgot to do. Some prompts, etc, for people in this regard for these types of items, perhaps should be given.”

“I paid express postage and it still took eight days to be delivered”

“No problems with order but unfortunately the cardboard container was crushed in the soft pack mail bag and the PHGG leaked out a bit. I transferred it into a glass jar as soon as I opened it. I didn't take a picture, apologies.”

“Love the bespoke cream for my daughter's eczema. This was prescribed by her naturopath. The ordering and delivery process with Natural Chemist is straightforward and usually prompt. Their range of products is somewhat limited, however.”

“Excellent service and quick delivery. I would have liked to have a more detailed prescription and indication with medication, such as have with meals or avoid drinking this close to bed time etc.”
