“Excellent products. Service was great too, even when one item was back-ordered they kept me in the loop and sent it out at a later date with no extra charge.”

“Usually, Natural Chemist are diligent in processing orders in a timely manner. My most recent order was recieved by Australia Post, but then it did not move from their receiving depot. After a seven day delay I contacted Natural Chemist to verify the status of my order. NC reported that it was "delivered to the wrong address". In other words it was lost! To NC credit they dispatched a replacement order by express post to me. I have ME/CFS and I rely on treatment providers to deliver my medications in a timely way.”

“I found Natural Chemist to be very helpful with my order. The short consultation with the Naturopath was very thorough and she took the time to ask me questions to ensure my order suited my needs. Delivery time was a little slow, but understandable due to current COVID conditions impacting postal services.”

“I honestly thought this site was a scam because I looked high and low for my magical herbs. Then there was a slight glitch with Auspost but that was Auspost's fault. Throughout the whole thing the Natural Chemist team were responsive and sorted it all out and assured me that the magical herbs were on the way, hoooooray! :D”

“I have been a customer of Natural Chemist for around 4 years. Customer service has not been as great as the beginning. I understand that we are in crazy times and still refer people to them, we just have to allow extra time for delivery of product to them to dispatch and times of delivery. This is with all companies right now. I am still able to look at the system to see where it is at. They reply back within a day and that is the best you can hope for in this environment. I find staff friendly and that is all you can ask for.”

“Will use again & am very happy with the service and prices. I was contacted by text re a product being unavailable and offered an alternative product or refund. I chose the alternative after which my complete order was promptly posted and received. Glass bottles were wrapped in felt made from Aussie wool (can reuse or compost) - I am very impressed with that - thank you! (I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because one item I ordered online was not available).”
