Hi there,
The order was held up by one of the supplements, but I only found out when I called in. It turned out I wasn't in any rush for that particular supplement so it would be good to be sent a quick email to give me the choice to wait for the whole order, or to collect the other items.
Staff were friendly over the phone and when I collected the order.
