“Excellent service and quick delivery. I would have liked to have a more detailed prescription and indication with medication, such as have with meals or avoid drinking this close to bed time etc.”

“Everything was fine, processing of order was fine, delivery time approx 5 working days after dispatch, my only issue was that I didn't recieve any communication from Natural Chemist after placing my order and getting a confirmation. There wasn't an email saying "We've processed your order" or "Your order has been dispatched" - I had to rely on getting that information after the fact from the shipping company. It's not a deal breaker and I will buy again, but just makes me worry when buying first time from a new company, and it makes it feel like I don't know when I will get my order because I don't even know if they've seen it yet,”

“Paid for express delivery. Didn't receive the product for 8 days. The product was in transit for four of those days. Four days to deliver 60km from the pickup.”

Hi Adam, thank you for your review. The probiotic you ordered is considered a "fridge free" probiotic. Manufacturers recommendation for storage is "Keep away from direct sunlight and store bellow 25˚C in a cool dry place. We recommend refrigeration upon opening." This will help increase its shelf life after the seal has been broken. Great news is your product will not have been impacted by the 4 days in transit. “The products are good. The postage is expensive. I have paid much less for items that are larger in size and the express post option is also very expensive. It all adds up when you spend money on good quality products.”
