“I received the request for a review before I received my order. I have now received my order that has clearly been run over by a vehicle. Luckily the inside was not damaged.”

“Every time I order from natural chemist it takes forever.. I ordered two things on 25 November it is now 5 December and it’s still not here.. this could be an AU post thing but My eye contacts are Deliver the same way and they always show up within 4 to 5 business days”

“This was one of multiple orders I've had delivered, and the only one that has ever had a problem, but this is a great opportunity to let you know that the Aloe tub in this order leaked out onto all the other products, damaging their packaging, and the box everything was packed into.”

“Easy to order and good service. Main concern is whether refrigerated products have been adequately maintained at low temperature as only small amount of ice used which is no longer cold upon delivery.”

“My concern is that it took 10 days from placing my order until the product was received. Even though the Easter public holiday was during that time, the order was placed on Monday3 April and was still shown as awaiting to be shipped on Tuesday 11 April. Very disappointing as I made sure the order was placed on Monday 3 April :{”

“Poor response from a person called Tayla re: refund on a mistakenly ordered measuring cup. Then I received a better response from someone called Annie, however it was bad customer service and unnecessary for her to add "we've never had this complaint from anyone else". It's wrong to use that argument---it's extremely invaludating”

“I was surprised that it took nine days for my order to arrive, and when it arrived the ice pack was warm. The packaging of the probiotic states to store between 2-8 degrees and it was not received at this temperature”

Hi Carmen, Thank you for your review. Mutaflor is a temperature sensitive probiotic. Your order was placed on a Wednesday after shipping hours. Our team recognizes that it is important to keep this probiotic cool, therefore, we don't generally risk shipping after a Wednesday particularly to Queensland as this can risk it getting stuck in a warehouse over the weekend. We shipped your order on the 4th and it arrived to you on the 7th. This is within the recommended 72 hours Mutaflor allows for shipping. There is no way for us to guarantee the ice stays solid, however, packing with ice does drastically increase the ability for us to ship to you safely. “Love using this site when my prescriptions are out of stock from my naturopath. The staff is lovely to talk to and the ease of uploading my scripts is easy -ish. My only fault is the delivery time. It doesn't seem to matter if you pay for regular or fast tracked delivery, it still takes about the same time, which is ages! I have been waiting over a 2 weeks for my latest script and still have not received yet.”

Your second order seems to have taken a little longer in transit. Shipped within one day of ordering and arrived within 9 days. I can see there was a public holiday in the week, which would have delayed your order. Our apologies for this. Shipping to Western Australia does often take a little longer than normal due to the distance, this and the public holiday has caused an unusual delay on its delivery which is not a normal occurrence. “Prices are good but I probably wasted my $7 on Express post, as it took 4 working days to be posted and then another 5 days to get to Brisbane via Aus Post. Maybe it was Covid and Xmas delays. Last order was more prompt with Express post- 6 days all up.”
