Information on the website was sparse and could be better. I bought a product I didn't realise wasn't refillable/reusable because it even though it has "refill" written on the tube it is essentially 'one use'. Apparently a compounding chemist can refill it but I can't. I'm glad I did a test on one of the devices so that I didn't waste my expensive cream treatment. I had to ditch that device but at least now I know how it works. And it is working very well. The exact measured dose is great as the equipment included with my medicine was wasteful, messy and frustrating. I have since ordered more but I hate that they will end up in landfill. Please consider a way to have ordinary people like me be able to refill with my topical cream treatment.
