Very poor customer service. I tried to get their packing team to send my orders no signature required, and just got fobbed off by the people who reply to the "contact us" emails. My business went elsewhere.

Ordered 3 items on 23/12/2024 Paid for express post next day delivery Responded to the email for holiday period delivery Left a message on natural chemist answering machine nearly one week later never heard back Parcel arrived on new years eve. Dont take peoples money for express post when you know you cant deliver it and check your message machine.

Hi Jane, thank you for your review. Your order was shipped on the 2nd of December for you, which is the same day as you ordered. I can see it was delivered 2 days later (4th dec) to your local post office and is awaiting collection. Delivery was attempted, however it seems no one was home. First issue, after I placed my order it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, which is very poor. I had run out of my previous vitamins and went a week out with them. Second issue, I got an email address to the wrong person. My name is not Kate

Unfortunately the parcel has gone missing. Even though there was a picture put forward from your courier yet no one has seen the parcel. It’s inside the building foyer with locked entry. This is a very expensive and disturbing problem.

Can't get hold of anyone. Called the 1-300 3 times in 90 minutes. No one answers. Recorded message says 'you are number one in queue' then after 10 mins claims they have such a high call volume they will need to take a message and return the call. 3 messages, no call. Very dissapointing.

Thank you for pointing out the change in the product labelling and packaging, and sorry that we hadn't updated our website with the new information. Whilst I like this service in theory the shipping times are appalling (I am not referring to Aus Post shipping time - I am talking about how long it takes for them to pack and dispatch the order)

Hi Lisa, thank you for your review. Your order was placed on a Sunday (outside our working hours). The product you ordered did have to be ordered in which was done on the Monday morning. Stock was received on the Tuesday and your order was shipped. We do apologies for the small delay in getting your order out to. Selecting express post does not guarantee immediate shipping as this will depend on stock levels. I tried to send these supplements back. The cost from the US to Natural Chemis which is overseas is ridiculous. I sent them an email before the supplements were shipped to cancel the order and they sent it anyway. The cost to send the items back is what I paid for which is $100 or more. Then they take 10% off of unopened items.

I ordered an afvertised product of $41. I received a replacement of $27. The original product has now been removed from the website. Apparantly the 'retail price' of my replacement has now been upgraded. What a joke! The retail price is still advertised as $27 Future customers, please be aware!

I ordered an Ethical Nutrients product of $41 but received an Inner Health product that I can buy at any of my local pharmacies for $27, instead. I therefor was over charged by $14. I also paid $14 for express postage - unnecessary as I could buy the received product locally. In all: I was overchatged by $28. I find it unacceptable and actually very dishonest. I hope I can be compensated fot the diffetence in price between the product ordered and the product received.

Recently, they separated all probiotics from ethical nutrients into the baby brand 'Inner Health Plus' and updated their pricing and packaging. Our apologies for the lag in the product name and picture on our website. We have our team working on this now. I am surprised at the number of good reviews. I have had several issues with this company, despite using this company for sometime as products required are unavailable elsewhere: (1) website is not user friendly; (2) site does not show if a product is unavailable yet accepts order; (3) no indication when 'scripts' expire; (4) slow email response; (5) I finally uploaded scripts, received confirmation, went to order - only to discover one product had been omitted - not I'll have to wait again to place my order. (6) Poor delivery. Overall I think it's a very disappointing "service".

We are making some major improvements in our stock management software which is aimed at solving our delayed stock updates. Recently with the pandemic, there have been industry-wide stock delays on lots of products due to importation challenges with reduced flights and shipping. This is currently still an issue for some businesses. This has caused delays in the manufacturing of new stock, which has led to out of stocks with us. We have allowed customers to "Preorder" desired stock as this is a way to guarantee themselves the next available stock. This has been appreciated by our customers as stock is often in and out of our store very quickly due to increased customer demand. We have made some major improvements in our customer service since your last order in November 2021 and we are continuing to update and refine our processes. I have placed an order and did not get a confirmation email. After a week, I asked what was going on and the product was not in stock, I have paid express shipping so I should have at least been notified earlier. After asking for a refund, it still hasn’t been sent thru and it’s been a week of following up.
