I am surprised at the number of good reviews. I have had several issues with this company, despite using this company for sometime as products required are unavailable elsewhere: (1) website is not user friendly; (2) site does not show if a product is unavailable yet accepts order; (3) no indication when 'scripts' expire; (4) slow email response; (5) I finally uploaded scripts, received confirmation, went to order - only to discover one product had been omitted - not I'll have to wait again to place my order. (6) Poor delivery. Overall I think it's a very disappointing "service".
