“Did not receive a tracking number when I ordered and paid for my order. After 8 days of no response I emailed Natural Chemist and received a tracking but product had not been sent. I finally phoned and spoke to a lady who apologised as she mentioned product was out of stock. I finally received my order. Not very professional. Had ordered previously had no problems then.”

“I have not received supplements as they were delivered after I had gone away for Easter and Australia post did not take note of my instructions to leave the parcel in a safe place.I had a friend coming to pick up and put in fridge however the parcel is in a post office till next week when I return home . Will the supplements still be ok as they should be refrigerated!? Very annoying as all of this is so expensive.”

Hi Teresa, Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by delivery timing of your supplements. We want to assure you that both probiotics you ordered are designed to maintain their efficacy under various conditions. One of them is shelf-stable and does not require refrigeration. The other probiotic's bacteria are resilient enough to remain effective even when exposed to higher temperatures for up to 7 days. While refrigeration is recommended for the GI Regulate probiotic once opened, the shipping delay should not significantly impact its effectiveness. Kind regards, Annie (Naturopath)

“I haven’t received the goods yet so can’t comment … in terms of price and fact it has to be sent from Qld means it’s too expensive to use and too long a wait over 10 days and still might not arrive before Xmas … I will try and source more locally in future”

“The medication delivered stated keep between 2-10 degree. I was unaware that was required when I ordered this. The package arrived wir a very warm cool pack and was left in my letterbox on a 22degree day. Useless order of $100.”

Hi Katja, Thank you for your review. I can appreciate your concern with the delivery of your item. Our team is indeed aware of the short transit time that Mutaflor has outside the fridge and therefore we do have certain procedures in place. Your order was placed on the 14th of October, which was a Friday. We do not ship Mutaflor on a Friday to avoid any delays over the weekend. Therefore, your order was held and shipped express on the Monday 17th of October, which lead to its delivery on the 18th October. Luckily, this does mean that the Mutaflor was delivered well inside the recommended allowed transit time and is definitely not a waste of your money. The product should be absolutely fine for use! “Super expensive, I wish I shopped around before buying what the naturopath I spoke to recommended. Could’ve got these supplements anywhere tbh. $60 for vit E cream with some additives, only 100g, didn’t buy even though I was told “it’s made especially for you”. Yeah maybe but it’s vit E cream.”

Hi Dot, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear about your packaging and the damage upon delivery. We are working to improve this constantly, whilst also trying to maintain a level of sustainability for the environment. In regards to your herbal bottle, our portal does allow practitioners to select a dropper bottle if preferred. This was not selected for your herbal mix which is why it wasn't shipped with one. If specified on patients' scripts, we can accommodate a dropper infuture. I would recommend requesting this with your practitioner for next time! “It took weeks until I received the order. Unfortunately, I had to pay EUR 46,19 to customs since the order price was wrongly stated by Natural Chemist. No reply from customer service regarding my request to refund me that costs up to now.”
