“Good and bad. The website is a bit clunky, and order to processing to delivery takes ages. The ability to prescribe to patients is good but I am surprised that the formulation doesn't get printed on the bottle. All in all ok but needs a bit of refining.”

“The overall service was quick but found your website re the ordering frustrating. It doesnt explain that someone will call to take payment and also trying to upload the script etc. I think if all of this was explained that would of been helpful and more efficent. thanks”

“Express post was next day delivery which was a welcomed surprise given covid times. The only thing that did concern me was that the ingredients aren’t displayed on the bottle, only the order number which for piece of mind that you are ingesting the right herbal mix is not very reassuring.”

“I was waiting for my order for a week, then checked the order and it was still pending and I had run out of my supplies. The staff were really helpful and had it sent out that day. However did not get an explanation as to why my order had not been dispatched already or a discount code for my next order or something.”

“Hi, It would be great if the time taken to send out orders could be quicker. I've had times where its been a week from when order was placed until it has been shipped and I've had to follow up every couple days as emails are rarely answered. The staff are lovely and always very nice on the phone.”

Hi Lavina, Thank you very much for your feedback. Looking at the AusPost tracking your order got caught up in Victoria's Covid lockdown. Shipping to Melbourne is normally 2-3 days for regular post, but your order sat in an AusPost warehouse for 18 days, and AusPost couldn't tell us why! Really sorry you had that experience. We are going to trial other couriers to see what the performance is like, and hopefully Vic comes out of lockdown very soon. Thanks again.
